Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please confirm your shipping address and information are accurate as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note, we do not ship and/or deliver on weekends. All orders received on a Friday will be processed & shipped the following week.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipments can take 3-5 business days, depending on location. No international shipping is available at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at checkout, you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil.
Astraèa & Company’s manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements.
As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
All of our non-sale products have a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products on your first purchase, simply return the unused product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund. Refund subject to single quantity of product purchased if multiple of same product purchased. *We suggest trying a single item prior to purchasing multiple of a single product.
For a full refund, items must be returned i) unopened, ii) unused and with tags, and iii) in their original packaging.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Please note: Money-Back Guarantees are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Astraèa. Astraèa reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior.
To return an item, please use the form at Contact Us, and select 'Return' from the drop down menu with a return request within 30 days of purchase, including your order number in the subject line.
In your message please include the following:
Date of purchase
Reason for return
After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a RMA number, return authorization number, and a return shipping label via email. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be approved and have an assigned RMA #.
To receive your refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Our shipping department does NOT accept any packages without an RMA number. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please include the following when preparing the return:
RMA number written in the return address on the shipping box
Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our facility.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used in making the applicable purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to post.
